Rare Blood Sounds beautiful, distant, and has such a distinct identity. Love the presence of the bass, how it comes in then leaves again. Some really unexpected moments and elements throughout. Thoughtful and poetic.

about

We are built from star dust. Star dust likely gets recycled through the lifecycles of black holes. In many ways I feel like I can remember existing in a state within a black hole. That history is a part of us.

This song took me over a year to bring to life. I wanted to reach down into this craving that overtakes me, a craving to be back in a weightless state in the darkest place imaginable. It's a beautiful, comforting, feeling. Like being in the womb of the universe.

Science exhilarates me. One of my goals in music is to teach the wonder and awe of what exists around us. Black holes are capturing everyone's imagination. Here is an introduction.
